The CO₂ Constant Temperature and Humidity Incubator incorporates a carbon dioxide concentration control system within a standard constant temperature and humidity chamber, enabling active regulation of CO₂ levels. Primarily designed for applications in public health, pharmaceutical testing, biotechnology, animal husbandry, textiles, electronics, rubber and plastics, food production, petrochemicals, and other industries with specific operational requirements. It provides specialised environmental conditions for testing the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance, humidity resistance, and ageing properties of products in these sectors. This equipment is used to evaluate and determine the parameters and performance of electrical, electronic, and other products and materials following exposure to high-temperature, low-temperature, alternating humidity and heat, or constant temperature environmental changes.

1.  Integrated smart controller for temperature, humidity and CO₂, automatically detecting equipment status upon startup. Features PID logic operation to automatically correct temperature and humidity deviations based on calculation results.

2.  Equipped with far-infrared CO₂ sensors (IR) across the range, achieving control accuracy of 0.1%. Enables real-time measurement and feedback of CO₂ concentration for precise regulation.

3.  Automatically controlled circulation fan adjusts airflow speed according to temperature levels. The refrigeration system employs a classic configuration proven stable through years of market testing, ensuring safety and reliability;

4.  Utilises internationally favoured internal humidification, offering superior temperature stability compared to external humidification. International brand humidity sensors deliver precision matching advanced global standards;

5.  Door temperature control effectively prevents condensation on the chamber's glass door, facilitating observation;

6.  Inner chamber constructed from mirror-finished 304 stainless steel; outer shell from premium cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating. Durable, corrosion-resistant finish offers acid resistance, ease of cleaning, and rust prevention;

7.  Automatically monitors operational status. Upon exceeding set temperature limits, heating is automatically cut off with audible and visual alarms alerting operators to ensure uninterrupted experimentation;

8.  Features a double-door structure. When the outer door is opened, the inner tempered glass door allows 360-degree unobstructed observation of the chamber's experimental conditions without affecting the internal temperature;

9.  Automatically saves parameters during emergencies and includes a power-up recovery function. Also incorporates sensor self-diagnosis, over-temperature, and fault alarm capabilities.

10.  Human-centred design includes standard interior lighting and test ports to accommodate diverse experimental requirements;
