II. Precautions for Use
1. It is strictly forbidden to put flammable, volatile or corrosive substances (such as organic solvents, acidic substances) into the chamber to prevent explosion or equipment damage;
2. The machine must be kept level and at least 60 cm away from surrounding objects to facilitate maintenance and heat dissipation;
3. Use a dedicated power socket; the equipment operating voltage is AC 220V/380V/50Hz. Before use, ensure that the power supply voltage matches the specified voltage; ensure the power cord is undamaged and properly grounded to avoid the risk of electric leakage;
4. During high-temperature operation, or if the internal temperature has not cooled down to a safe range, do not open the door to retrieve baked items to avoid injury from hot gases or direct burns from the hot items and the high temperature inside the chamber. If high-temperature operation is necessary, wear protective gear to prevent burns;
5. Keep the unit level to avoid vibration or tilting that may affect operational stability;
6. Arrange items to be cultured or stored evenly to ensure proper airflow and uniform temperature distribution;
7. Regularly check the circuit system, temperature sensor, and heating element to ensure reliable connections;
8. If the equipment is not used for an extended period, unplug the power cord and operate it for 2-3 days every quarter to remove moisture;
9. If any unusual odor, smoke, or temperature control issues occur during operation, immediately disconnect the power and contact a professional for repair;
10. Do not disassemble the side door or modify the wiring without authorization. For major malfunctions, contact the manufacturer for assistance;
