I. Application Areas
Three-Gas Incubator simulates the growth environment of microorganisms, tissues, and cells, providing stable temperature, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and oxygen concentrations. It is widely used in cell and tissue culture, biomedical research, drug development, clinical diagnostics, and the breeding and cultivation of special microorganisms.

II. Functions of the Three Gases
1. Oxygen (O₂): Type: High-purity oxygen (purity ≥99.5%). Function: Provides the oxygen required for cellular respiration. In aerobic microbial culture, it promotes microbial growth and metabolism. In stem cell and tumor cell research, it simulates different oxygen concentration environments to study cell behavior.
2. Nitrogen (N₂): Type: High-purity nitrogen (purity ≥99.9%). Function: Used to dilute oxygen, creating a low-oxygen or anaerobic environment. In anaerobic bacterial culture, it provides an oxygen-free environment. In cell culture, it simulates in vivo hypoxic conditions to study cell responses under hypoxia.
3. Carbon Dioxide (CO₂): Type: High-purity carbon dioxide (purity ≥99.9%). Function: Maintains the pH of the culture medium, usually used in conjunction with a sodium bicarbonate buffer system. In cell culture, it provides a suitable acidic environment to promote cell growth. In microbial culture, it regulates the acid-base balance of the culture medium.

1.  Utilizes high-quality insulation materials to ensure stable internal temperature and excellent insulation performance.
2.  The inner chamber features a micro-motor system and circulating air ducts to promote temperature and gas flow, resulting in more uniform temperature and gas distribution.
3.  The inner liner is welded from high-quality mirror-finish stainless steel, with rounded corners for easy cleaning. The inner chamber is smooth, elegant, corrosion-resistant, and durable. Adjustable shelves provide convenient use.
4.  Features a double-door structure to reduce gas loss. The inner glass door allows observation of the culture without opening the outer door. The outer door uses an elastic magnetic seal for easy opening and closing and excellent sealing.
5.  Since the culture requires a certain humidity level in the working chamber, the unit is equipped with a water tray, and humidity is displayed. Relative humidity can generally reach 85-95% RH. To prevent condensation on the glass door from obscuring the view of the culture, the outer door has a built-in heating function to prevent fogging.
6.  The full touch screen operation is simple and convenient, intuitively displaying the set temperature, CO2, O2 concentration, and the temperature curve for the past 24 hours.
7.  An infrared sensor (IR) controls the CO2 concentration, and a zirconia sensor or electrochemical oxygen sensor accurately measures and controls the O2 concentration, offering long service life and high accuracy.
8.  The UV sterilization system, stainless steel inner liner, and its rounded design provide long-lasting antibacterial action. The built-in ozone-free UV sterilization lamp at the top kills airborne bacteria in the circulating air and water vapor from the humidifying tray, effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
9.  Multiple safety protections include automatic detection of operating conditions upon startup, as well as over-temperature alarms, gas shortage alarms, and fault alarms.

2. CO₂ Sensor: Uses an infrared sensor (IR sensor) to monitor carbon dioxide concentration in real time.
3. Temperature Sensor: PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, monitors the temperature and humidity inside the chamber to ensure a stable environment.
4. Control System: PLC core control unit, adjusts gas flow, temperature, and humidity based on sensor data.
5. Feedback Control: Achieves precise control through PID algorithm to avoid concentration fluctuations.
6. Proportional Control: Controls opening and closing via solenoid valves based on set values, and adjusts gas input ratio through gas flow valves to ensure stable gas concentration.
7. User Interface: 7-inch touchscreen interface, allowing users to set parameters, view real-time data, and alarm information. The operating process displays current environmental parameters and equipment operating status, records alarm information, and provides solutions.
8. Gas Supply System: Gas Source: Equipped with high-purity O₂, N₂, and CO₂ gas cylinders, with gas input controlled by pressure reducing valves and flow meters. Mixer: Mixes the three gases proportionally to ensure stable gas concentration inside the chamber. Gas Filter: Filters impurities in the gas to prevent contamination of the culture.
9. Chamber Structure: Inner Liner Material: Usually made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Sealing Design: Ensures airtightness of the chamber to prevent gas leakage. Observation Window: Transparent glass door for easy observation of the culture status.
10. Safety System: Alarm Function: Triggers audible and visual alarms when gas concentration, temperature, or humidity exceeds the set range.
