Box-type resistance furnaces are indispensable core equipment for high-temperature processing in modern laboratories and industrial research and development. They convert electrical energy into a clean and stable high-temperature environment using electric heating elements, providing precise thermal process support for material synthesis, heat treatment, and analytical testing. In the field of analytical testing, this equipment is widely used in dry sample pretreatment, such as the determination of moisture, ash, and volatile matter, as well as ash melting point and ash composition analysis. ① Utilizing intelligent PID fuzzy control technology, compared to traditional PID control methods, it offers advantages such as smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy. Coupled with high-precision sensors, the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃, and it features an internal parameter self-tuning function, ensuring precise and reliable temperature control to meet demanding experimental requirements;
② Color LCD screen: Equipped with a standard color screen and touch-sensitive buttons, displaying parameters such as set temperature, operating temperature, constant temperature time, and fault information on a single screen; It integrates a microprocessor-based intelligent temperature control system with dynamic PID parameter adjustment, offering fast response speed and temperature overshoot suppression. ③ Powerful timing function: The timing function is selectable (none, constant temperature timing, power-on timing, and can be divided into forward and countdown modes), and the timing unit is selectable (minutes, hours);
④ The entire series is equipped with a door-opening power-off and heating-off device as standard, ensuring comprehensive experimental safety, and also features overheat protection and thermocouple break protection;
⑤ Automatic parameter saving in case of emergencies, with power-on recovery function, and also features sensor self-diagnosis, leakage protection, over-temperature and fault alarm functions;
⑥ Embedded furnace door design: After the furnace door is closed, the door latch is semi-embedded in the furnace, ensuring that high-temperature hot air does not leak out, resulting in minimal heat loss, achieving excellent energy saving and consumption reduction effects, and improving the temperature uniformity inside the furnace;
⑦ The casing is based on high-strength cold-rolled steel plate, combined with innovative surface powder coating technology, forming a corrosion-resistant and anti-static protection system that remains like new for a long time;
⑧ Robust and durable structure: Uses special refractory materials, with strong thermal shock resistance, and a corrosion-resistant heavy-duty refractory brick (Al2O3) furnace chamber, a one-piece molded structure, with heating wires concealed and wrapped around the furnace chamber. The insulation material uses high-quality aluminum silicate, achieving excellent thermal insulation efficiency;
⑨ Imported high-quality nickel-containing HRE alloy heating wires (1000/1200℃), silicon carbide rods (1300/1400℃), fast heating, oxidation resistance, extending the service life by 3-5 times compared to ordinary heating elements, and providing more uniform heating;

① The box-type resistance furnace adopts a modular, integrated structure, combining the heating chamber, temperature control system, and safety protection within a rigid frame. This results in a compact structure with excellent mechanical stability, providing a solid foundation for high-temperature applications;
② Shell Material: Made of selected high-quality cold-rolled steel plate (Q235), precisely formed by CNC machining. The surface is treated with phosphating and anti-static powder coating, creating a robust shell. It is anti-static, corrosion-resistant, and scratch-resistant, ensuring lasting quality;
③ Furnace Chamber: The furnace chamber consists of three parts: the furnace door, the furnace door frame, and the furnace body. Made of heavy-duty refractory bricks (Al2O3), these three parts are integrally formed using high-pressure die casting. The overall structure is dense, high-strength, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant, possessing excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance, ensuring no deformation or peeling at high temperatures;
④ Control Area: The operation controls are located at the bottom of the equipment, avoiding the risk of controller damage due to excessive temperature rise;
⑤ Heating System: High-quality silicon molybdenum rods or resistance wire heating elements are arranged on both sides or around the furnace body. Through precise calculation and arrangement, a fast and uniform heat field distribution is achieved, resulting in extremely high energy conversion efficiency;
⑥ Insulation Layer: A multi-layer composite insulation design is used, consisting of alumina fiber board and ceramic fiber blanket to form a thermal insulation barrier, greatly reducing heat loss, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring the shell temperature remains within a safe range;
⑦ Furnace Door: The furnace door adopts an embedded design, effectively preventing heat loss and maintaining temperature stability inside the furnace;
⑧ Furnace Door Safety: The heating power is automatically cut off when the door is opened, instantly protecting the safety of experiment personnel;
⑨ Independent Temperature Limit: An independent mechanical over-temperature protector, separate from the main control system, serves as a secondary safety safeguard. When the main control fails, it automatically cuts off the power supply, preventing over-temperature accidents, ensuring safety and reliability (optional);
⑩ Electrical Control Box: The electrical system is concentrated in a sealed junction box with standardized wiring and equipped with overcurrent, leakage, and short-circuit protection modules, ensuring the electrical safety of the equipment under various operating conditions.

⑥ Self-tuning: When the temperature control accuracy is affected by changes in ambient temperature, self-tuning can be performed to improve temperature accuracy;
