High and Low Temperature Test Chamber (Vertical Type)

1. 7-inch color touchscreen controller, supporting remote network control operation (Ethernet, optional), allowing for easy remote control, program setting, parameter viewing, curve setting, and troubleshooting.  Supports data logging and running curve export via USB drive;
2. Features a large-capacity program group with 100 programs, 999 segments, and 999 cycles. Each time setting has a maximum value of 99 hours and 59 minutes. Multiple sets of operating parameters can be preset. The controller has a screen lock function to prevent accidental operation and program interruption;
3. One screen displays set parameters, current running program number, current running time and remaining time, heater working status, and remaining cycle times; displays program running curves, allows free switching between constant value control and program control, supports English and Chinese language switching, and automatically detects, displays, and alarms for faults;
4. Uses PID algorithm and high-precision sensors, controlling temperature fluctuations within ±0.1℃~±0.5℃.  Combined with a humidity sensor for precise adjustment, the multi-wing fan circulation system ensures no dead zones inside the chamber, improving the reliability of test data;
5. Supports a temperature range of -70℃ to +150℃. 1. Wide temperature range, capable of simulating complex environments such as high temperature, low temperature, humid heat, and dryness, suitable for testing the temperature resistance, humidity resistance, and reliability of products in electronics, automotive, aerospace, chemical, and other fields;
6. The refrigeration system adopts an original French "Tecumseh" fully enclosed compressor unit, an innovative binary cascade low-temperature circuit design, and a multi-blade fan for powerful air circulation, avoiding any dead corners and ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution in the test area;
7. The refrigeration system features a classic arrangement and combination, with efficient operation of heating, cooling, and humidification systems. Its stability has been proven by years of market testing, ensuring safety and reliability;
8. Imported low-noise centrifugal fan, with air circulation design for both supply and return air. Air pressure and speed meet testing standards. The unique air duct design ensures uniform airflow distribution inside the chamber, thus guaranteeing temperature uniformity;
9. The humidification system pipelines and control circuits are arranged separately to avoid failures caused by moisture or water leakage from the humidification pipelines, improving safety and facilitating maintenance and repair of the water and electrical systems;
10. Automatic parameter saving in case of emergencies, with power-on recovery function.  It also features sensor self-diagnosis, over-temperature, and fault alarm functions;
11. The inner chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic coating, ensuring a durable and long-lasting paint finish that will never fade;
12. The insulation material is polyurethane foam, 100mm thick, providing excellent insulation. The outer surface of the test chamber does not frost or condense;
13. Extra-large observation window, using three-layer tempered glass with a hollow heat-conducting heating film to prevent fogging and ensure clear observation. A high-temperature resistant lighting lamp is also installed for better visibility;
14. The equipment features a user-friendly design, with a standard 50mm diameter test port for connecting external power or signal lines;
