A fungal incubator is a device that cultivates microorganisms within a sealed chamber under constant temperature conditions, enabling fungi to develop within approximately 4 to 6 hours. It serves to artificially accelerate fungal proliferation and may also be employed to assess the mould resistance and susceptibility of electrical and electronic products. This equipment is commonly utilised across various sectors including health and epidemic prevention, food testing, biotechnology, environmental protection, pharmaceutical inspection and manufacturing, animal husbandry and aquaculture, water analysis, BOD determination, and related fields.
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, featuring standard self-diagnostic function upon startup and PID logic operation capability, automatically correcting temperature deviations based on computational results;
2. Built-in ultraviolet sterilisation lamp, manually activated for periodic elimination of adherent and airborne bacteria within the chamber, ensuring a sterile experimental environment;
3. 5.7-inch LCD controller with three-row digital display. Single screen shows constant temperature duration, operating temperature, set temperature, heating status, and over-temperature alarm, enabling real-time monitoring of experimental progress;
4. Core components—compressor and circulation fan—employ renowned brands. Refrigerant utilises healthy, environmentally friendly, fluorine-free refrigerant;
5. Circulation fan operates under automatic control, adjusting airflow speed according to temperature fluctuations. The refrigeration system employs a classic configuration proven stable through years of market testing, ensuring safety and reliability;
6. Inner chamber constructed from 304 stainless steel, outer casing from premium cold-rolled steel plate. Surface finished with electrostatic powder coating for durable, corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant, and rust-proof properties, facilitating easy cleaning;
7. Automatically monitors operational status. Should temperatures exceed limits, heating is automatically cut off with audible and visual alarms alerting operators to ensure uninterrupted experimentation;
8. Double-door construction. Opening the outer door allows 360-degree observation of the chamber's experimental conditions through the inner tempered glass door without affecting internal temperatures;
9. Automatic parameter saving during emergencies with power-restoration capability, alongside sensor self-diagnosis, over-temperature, and fault alarm functions;
10. Magnetic seal door for effortless opening and superior sealing; vertically adjustable shelves maximise space utilisation;
11. Ergonomic design with standard interior lighting for convenient observation of experimental processes;
