The climate chamber is an integrated testing apparatus combining temperature control, humidity regulation and light adjustment, providing users with an ideal climate testing environment. Primarily employed for plant germination, seedling cultivation, tissue culture, microbial cultivation, rearing insects and small animals, and determining BOD in water analysis, it is also suitable for ageing tests on building materials, rubber and plastics, paints and coatings, composite wood-plastic materials, and similar substances. It serves as an ideal experimental apparatus for production and research departments in biological genetic engineering, medicine, agriculture, forestry, environmental science, animal husbandry, and aquaculture.
1. The entire range comes standard with the PACHB-C1006-T three-in-one programmable temperature, humidity and illuminance controller. Featuring a power-on self-test function and PID logic operation, it automatically corrects temperature and humidity deviations based on calculation results to achieve more precise climate control.
2. Choice of T4 anti-ageing fluorescent lamps or LED cool-light sources, compatible with multiple lighting modes; Illumination levels are adjustable via multiple preset or stepless modes;
3. Core components—compressor and circulation fan—employ renowned brands. Utilises a health-conscious, environmentally friendly refrigerant. Features a classic compressor configuration with optional bypass solenoid valve functionality. Multiple defrosting methods are selectable, with customisable intervals and duration for the defrosting cycle;
4. The humidification system automatically detects water levels, activating/deactivating water valves to replenish the internal humidification reservoir. With the external water tank full, no manual refilling is required for one month;
5. The unit incorporates power failure memory, door temperature control, and water level detection functions. It supports scheduled start-up, timed shutdown, and automatic screen lock capabilities.
6. Imported low-noise circulation fans with a unique duct design ensure uniform air distribution within the chamber, thereby guaranteeing consistent temperature uniformity.
7. Capable of simulating day-night temperature, humidity, and light variations through multi-stage programmable operation to meet diverse experimental requirements;
8. Inner chamber constructed from 304 stainless steel; outer casing from premium cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating. Durable, corrosion-resistant finish offers acid resistance, easy cleaning, and permanent rust prevention;
9. Automatically monitors operational status; upon exceeding temperature limits, heating is automatically cut off with audible and visual alarms alerting operators to ensure uninterrupted experiments. Parameters are automatically saved during emergencies, with power-on recovery functionality. Features sensor self-diagnosis, over-temperature, and fault alarm capabilities;
10. Double-door construction: opening the outer door allows 360-degree unobstructed observation of the chamber's experimental conditions through the inner tempered glass door, with no impact on internal temperature or humidity;
11. Magnetic seal door for easy opening and excellent sealing; adjustable shelves for optimal space utilisation;
