Anaerobic incubators, also known as anaerobic glove boxes or anaerobic workstations, This apparatus constitutes a specialised device for bacterial cultivation and manipulation within an oxygen-free environment. It provides strictly anaerobic conditions with constant temperature for cultivation, alongside a systematic and scientifically organised working area. It facilitates inoculation, continuous culture, subculturing, medium conversion, observation, and identification of microorganisms under anaerobic (or microaerophilic) conditions. It can simultaneously accommodate the cultivation of Shigella species (anaerobic, 41.5°C), Campylobacter jejuni (microaerophilic, 25°C), Clostridium perfringens (anaerobic, 36°C), Clostridium botulinum (anaerobic, 35°C), and Lactobacillus (anaerobic, 36°C). It accommodates the cultivation of the most challenging anaerobic organisms while eliminating the risk of anaerobic organisms dying from oxygen exposure during atmospheric handling. This makes it an ideal apparatus for anaerobic biological detection research and the preferred equipment for cultivating microorganisms requiring varying carbon dioxide concentrations.

1. This product is designed and manufactured using scientific technology, comprising three main sections: an operating chamber, a culture chamber, and a sampling chamber. It incorporates advanced and reliable temperature control circuits, a rational gas circuit design, and a simple-to-operate steriliser;

2. This product employs scientific, straightforward methods to achieve a high-precision, constant-temperature anaerobic environment, enabling operators to readily establish anaerobic conditions and conveniently conduct procedures and anaerobic bacterial cultures within this environment;

3. The temperature control system employs a microprocessor-based P.I.D. intelligent controller with a 5.7-inch high-definition LCD display, providing accurate and intuitive readings of the actual chamber temperature. This is complemented by effective over-temperature protection (audible and visual alarms), ensuring safety and reliability;

4. The culture chamber is equipped as standard with an ultraviolet sterilisation unit featuring an independent sterilisation switch, capable of eliminating 99.9% of airborne and adherent bacteria;

5.  Air enters the chamber through a high-efficiency microbial filter, removing 99.9% of dust particles larger than 0.3μm, ensuring the chamber air remains uncontaminated during operation;

6.  The inert gas line incorporates a float flow meter, allowing arbitrary adjustment of the inlet gas flow rate to effectively control the input of safety gases at varying flow rates;

7. Both the transfer chamber and operating chamber are constructed from stainless steel plates, with front windows made of transparent acrylic. This material offers high light transmission and impact resistance, facilitating clear observation of internal operations and changes;

8. Specialised gloves are provided for operation, offering reliability, comfort, flexibility, and ease of use;

9. Optional RS-485 communication interface available for connection to computers or printers;

10.  Can be fitted with an internal printer for real-time printing of test data, facilitating experimental research. (Optional)

11.  Can be upgraded with a compressor to achieve low-temperature control, preventing damage to original culture material properties due to temperature rise. (Optional)
