Over-temperature protection UV Aging Test Chamber

1. The light source uses eight imported ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W. The ultraviolet fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, with four on each side. UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources are available for user selection and configuration;
3. The luminous spectral energy of the UVA-340 lamp is mainly concentrated at a wavelength of 340nm, and the luminous spectrum of the UVB-313 lamp is mainly concentrated around 313nm;
4. This equipment uses UVA-340 lamps;
5. Because the light energy output of fluorescent lamps gradually attenuates over time, to reduce the impact of light energy attenuation on the test, this test chamber replaces one old lamp with a new one every 1/4 of the fluorescent lamp's lifespan among all eight lamps.  In this way, the ultraviolet light source always consists of new and old lamps, thus obtaining a constant light energy output;
6. The effective service life of the lamp is approximately 1600 hours;
7. The equipment uses a true-color touch screen PID intelligent temperature controller, which has high temperature control accuracy and good stability;

Safety Protection
1. Over-temperature protection: When the temperature inside the chamber exceeds 93℃±10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamps and heaters and enter a cooling state;
2. Low water level alarm in the water tank to prevent the heater from dry burning;

1. The cabinet is manufactured using CNC equipment, featuring advanced technology, smooth lines, and an elegant appearance;
2. The cabinet material is 1.0mm thick 304SUS high-grade stainless steel;
3. The internal air duct adopts a single-circulation system with an imported axial fan, improving airflow and heating capacity, and significantly improving temperature uniformity inside the test chamber;
4. Water source and consumption: Tap water or distilled water, approximately 8 liters/day;
5. The heating method is an inner tank water bath heating system, providing rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution;
6. The door is a single-direction pull-out type, easy and smooth to open and close;
7. The inner tank water level is automatically replenished to prevent damage to the heating element due to dry burning;
8. The sample holder is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy;
9. The unit is fixed with high-quality PU casters at the bottom;
10. The drainage system uses a U-shaped sedimentation device for drainage;
11. The sample surface is parallel to the UV lamp plane;
The spraying system is equipped with automatic nozzles internally, and the water pressure is adjustable.

3. Blackboard temperature monitoring: A standard Pt-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to accurately control the sample surface temperature during the test process;

Water tank temperature monitoring: During the cyclic test process, one test segment is a dark condensation process, which requires saturated water vapor at a relatively high temperature to be generated inside the chamber. When the water vapor encounters the relatively cooler sample surface, dew will condense on the sample surface;
8. The water tank is located at the bottom of the chamber and has a built-in electric heater;
9. Water tank temperature control range: 40~60℃;
10. The test chamber is equipped with a time controller, range 0~530H, with power failure memory function;
