1.  Features a microprocessor-integrated intelligent temperature control system with a built-in PID logic module, offering constant current, constant voltage, constant resistance, constant power, and combined load functions to achieve excellent response speed and control precision;

2.  LCD display interface ensures reliable temperature regulation, simultaneously showing set temperature, operating temperature, setpoint, constant temperature duration, operational status, fault codes, and other information;

3. The controller incorporates self-diagnostic functions upon startup, timed operation capabilities, and over-temperature alarm functionality, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation;

4. Utilises a proprietary air duct circulation system, supplemented by an adjustable exhaust valve, to automatically vent gases generated during the vulcanisation process within the chamber while drawing in fresh air;

5.  Air exchange volume adjusts dynamically according to smoke generation during vulcanisation, optimising curing outcomes and enhancing product yield rates;

6.  Extended flanged exhaust valve directs vulcanisation fumes through stainless steel bellows for direct outdoor discharge or ventilation ducting, preventing indoor air contamination;

7.  Low-noise fan with horizontal airflow configuration significantly enhances ventilation efficiency, thereby improving temperature uniformity;

8.  Proprietary ductwork design forms an efficient hot-air circulation system, directing dry heated air directly over vulcanising components for accelerated processing;

9.  Inner chamber constructed from SUS304 stainless steel (Baosteel), outer casing from premium cold-rolled steel plate (Ansteel), with electrostatic powder coating for durable, non-fading finish;

10.  SUS304 stainless steel dry heating tubes (incorporating imported nickel-chromium wire) extend heating element lifespan by 3-5 times compared to conventional heating tubes;

11.  Incorporates multi-tiered adjustable shelves, with freely positionable dividers for optimal internal space utilisation;

12.  Door seal employs high-temperature resistant silicone rubber, supplemented by premium 120-count ultra-fine ceramic fibre insulation, significantly enhancing overall thermal retention for superior energy efficiency;

13.  Self-sealing door lock mechanism achieves secure closure and locking in a single action, offering effortless operation with excellent sealing integrity;
