Temperature test chambers may be categorised into constant-temperature testing and cyclic testing according to experimental methodologies and industry standards. Both approaches represent enhancements to the fundamental chamber design. Constant-temperature testing maintains a fixed temperature, enabling the equipment to simulate more extreme natural climates and thereby enhance the reliability of tested specimens. Cyclic testing allows for the simultaneous programming of required high and low temperatures, along with their respective durations, within the controller parameters. The chamber then executes the predefined sequence. This apparatus is suitable for industries including aerospace, automotive manufacturing, naval armaments, electronics and electrical engineering, and instrumentation. It is employed to evaluate the performance metrics of materials and components used in these sectors under high-low temperature conditions and high-low temperature cycling environments.
1. 7-inch colour touchscreen controller supporting remote networked operation (Ethernet, optional), enabling effortless remote control, programme configuration, parameter viewing, curve settings, fault diagnosis and more. Supports USB data export for operational records and curve export.
2. Features an expansive programme capacity of 100 groups, 999 segments, and 999 cycle steps. Each segment supports a maximum duration of 99 hours 59 minutes.
Multiple operational parameter sets can be preconfigured. The controller incorporates a screen lock function to prevent accidental operation from halting the process.
3. Single-screen display of set parameters, current programme number, elapsed/remaining time, heater operational status, and remaining cycle count. Capable of displaying programme operation curves, freely switching between setpoint control and programme control, freely switching between Chinese and English interfaces, automatically detecting faults, and displaying alarms;
4. The refrigeration system employs a French-made Tecumseh hermetically sealed compressor unit, featuring an innovative dual-stage cascade technology low-temperature circuit design. Utilising a multi-wing blower for powerful air circulation, it eliminates any dead zones, ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution throughout the test area;
5. The refrigeration system employs a classic arrangement and combination, with efficient operation of heating, cooling, and humidification systems. Its stability has been proven through years of market testing, ensuring safety and reliability;
6. Imported low-noise forced-air fans feature a recirculating airflow design for both supply and return air. Air pressure and velocity comply with testing standards. A unique duct design ensures uniform air distribution within the chamber, thereby guaranteeing temperature uniformity;
7. Humidification system piping and control circuits are segregated to prevent faults caused by moisture ingress or leaks in humidification lines, enhancing safety and facilitating maintenance of both hydraulic and electrical systems;
8. Automatic parameter retention during emergencies with power-on recovery functionality, alongside sensor self-diagnostics and over-temperature/fault alarm capabilities;
9. The inner chamber is constructed from 304 stainless steel, while the outer shell utilises high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating finish. The paintwork is durable and long-lasting, ensuring no fading;
10. Insulation employs polyurethane foam with a thickness of 100mm, delivering excellent thermal performance. The outer surface of the test chamber remains free from frost and condensation;
11. Extra-large observation window with triple-layer tempered glass incorporating a hollow thermal heating film to prevent fogging and ensure clear visibility. Fitted with high-temperature resistant illumination for enhanced viewing;
12. User-friendly design includes a standard 50mm diameter test port for external power or signal cable connections;
