Application Areas Anaerobic drying ovens are based on clean drying ovens, but with the addition of a zirconium oxygen analyzer to monitor and control the oxygen content inside the chamber in real time, thus creating a low-oxygen, hypoxic environment inside the oven. Anaerobic drying ovens are mainly used in the electronics and electrical engineering, integrated circuit, COB black glue drying and curing, display screen, chip, LCD, CMOS, IC, IS, pharmaceutical and other industries. They can also be used for high-temperature testing where high environmental cleanliness is required. They are essential equipment for drying, heat treatment, heat aging, and high-temperature testing of goods in these industries.

Employs a microcomputer-integrated intelligent temperature control system with a built-in microcomputer chip. It collects temperature change data in real time and dynamically adjusts PID parameters (such as response speed and overshoot suppression) to ensure temperature fluctuations are less than ±0.5℃ (some high-end models can reach ±0.2℃). Compared with traditional PID control, it has advantages such as smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy.

Automatically adapts to the optimal temperature control curve for different loads (such as sample weight and material differences), reducing overshoot during the heating phase.

Multi-scenario adaptability Supports parameter self-tuning in high-temperature (above 250℃), low-temperature (below 4℃), and inert gas environments, meeting the stability requirements of complex processes in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and new materials;

Features constant voltage/current, constant voltage, constant resistance, and constant power functions, achieving excellent response speed and temperature control accuracy;

The timer function is selectable (none, constant temperature timer, running timer), with selectable forward or countdown direction, selectable timer unit (minutes, hours), and a buzzer sounding after the timer expires (the reminder time is configurable);

Equipped with audible and visual (buzzer) alarms for open/short circuits of the temperature sensor, automatically disconnecting the heating output from the controller.**
