Precision drying ovens, also known as precision baking ovens, are a new type of electric drying oven. They meet the needs of electronic, medical and health instrument, meter, factory, university, and research institutions for drying and heat treatment of materials requiring high temperature uniformity. Precision drying ovens are aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, and offer sensitive and precise temperature control.
Adopts a microcomputer-integrated intelligent temperature control system with a built-in PID logic module, possessing constant current, constant pressure, constant resistance, constant power, and combined load functions, achieving excellent response speed and control accuracy;
LCD screen display interface, providing precise and reliable temperature control, simultaneously displaying set temperature, operating temperature, constant temperature time, working status, fault codes, and other information;
Features a scheduled operation function with selectable timing options (no timing, constant temperature timing, running timing), selectable forward or countdown direction, and selectable timing unit (minutes, hours). A buzzer sounds upon completion of the timing period;
Modular control system with self-diagnosis upon startup, timing function, self-tuning function, temperature deviation compensation function, etc. A temperature over-limit control module is linked with the over-temperature alarm system, automatically cutting off the heating power and triggering an audible and visual alarm when the temperature exceeds the limit;
A self-developed air duct structure, supplemented by a low-noise circulating fan, forms a highly efficient hot air circulation system. The horizontal airflow mode greatly improves the temperature uniformity of the working chamber; dry hot air directly passes through... The material is effectively dried, significantly improving drying efficiency.
* Rear-mounted automatic air inlet and outlet vents automatically release water vapor from the chamber, eliminating the need for manual adjustment.
* High-quality mirror-finish stainless steel inner liner and outer shell made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with solid powder electrostatic spraying, providing weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-static properties. No VOCs are emitted, ensuring a healthy laboratory environment.
* SUS304 dry-type stainless steel heating tubes provide heating; heat is evenly transferred to the stainless steel tube wall through a magnesium oxide sand layer, achieving a heat conversion efficiency of over 95% and a service life of over 20,000 hours. The door seal uses high-temperature resistant silicone rubber material, supplemented with high-quality 120-count ultra-fine ceramic fiber cotton insulation material, greatly improving the overall insulation performance and achieving excellent energy-saving effects.
It supports operation data recording function, with freely adjustable recording intervals and data export (optional accessory: USB interface).
It supports custom 30-segment temperature curves to meet complex experimental needs (optional accessory: 30-segment programmable controller).
It supports stepless fan speed adjustment to adapt to heat treatment operations of various materials (optional accessory: fan speed controller).
