A Class 100 cleanroom oven, also known as a Class 100 clean oven or Class 100 clean drying oven, is a specialized piece of equipment integrating high-temperature drying and cleanroom environmental control. Through a HEPA high-efficiency filtration system and directional airflow organization, the working chamber achieves ISO Class 6 (formerly Class 100) cleanliness standards. The equipment employs laminar flow vertical or horizontal air supply modes. Clean hot air is filtered by the top FFU unit (filtration efficiency ≥99.99% for 0.3μm particles) and then evenly covers the working surface. It is also equipped with an automatic air shower purification module to ensure rapid restoration of cleanliness when the door is opened. The temperature control range covers 50-300℃, with a fluctuation of ≤±1℃. It is suitable for drying processes sensitive to particulate contamination in precision manufacturing, primarily used in the electronics, electrical engineering, integrated circuit, COB black glue drying and curing, display screen, chip, LCD, CMOS, IS, and pharmaceutical industries. It can also be used for high-temperature testing with high environmental cleanliness requirements. It is an essential piece of equipment for drying, heat treatment, thermal aging, high-temperature testing, and curing of items in these industries.

7-inch touchscreen temperature controller with built-in PID self-tuning module, slope setting function, precise and reliable temperature control; integrated GMP audit trail function, supports 20,000 sets of data storage and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signature;
High-temperature resistant HEPA high-efficiency filter EN 1822 standard H14 grade, filtration efficiency for 0.3μm particles ≥99.995%;

The equipment features phase loss detection, self-diagnosis, leakage protection, fan overheat protection, independent temperature limit alarm, automatic parameter saving in case of emergencies, power recovery, sensor self-diagnosis, over-temperature and fault alarm functions;

Equipped with triple protection of mechanical fuse + electronic temperature limit + independent alarm module to ensure safe and reliable operation;

Can be equipped with a high-temperature oxygen content controller, zirconia oxygen content sensor, and a high-temperature self-priming pump, which can detect oxygen content in real time and display the actual value, and is equipped with an oxygen content over-limit alarm function (optional);

Internal circumferential argon welding, high-temperature silicone sealing strip, mechanical forced sealing, 316L stainless steel electric heating element, dust-free for long-term high-temperature use;

Insulation material uses 120K grade high-density ceramic fiber artificial filling, with excellent insulation performance;

4.3-inch four-channel temperature recorder, displaying four real-time temperatures simultaneously on the same screen. Features include: a curve mode with real-time recording and storage; records can be quickly exported via USB flash drive for easy tracking of historical temperature data (optional);

Fully automatic damper design:** Automatic opening and closing to exhaust gases, eliminating the need for manual operation;

Electromagnetic access control system:** Automatically locks during operation and automatically releases upon program termination, significantly improving test safety;

Inner chamber:** Made of 316 stainless steel; outer shell: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic coating for a durable and colorfast finish;

Reinforced support between inner and outer chambers:** Enhances internal load-bearing capacity, ≥200KG;

Outer shell:** Made of 1.5mm thick SS41# cold-rolled steel plate, treated with pickling and phosphating for rust prevention, followed by electrostatic powder coating for a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish;

High-strength, movable casters:** Easily move equipment; quick-release support plate for secure mounting;

Real-time oxygen content monitoring via zirconium oxygen analyzer (optional)**
