Explosion-proof vacuum ovens, also known as explosion-proof vacuum drying cabinets, are primarily employed in military systems, nuclear industries, aerospace systems, factories affiliated with the Ministry of Machinery and military bases, civil explosives sectors, chemical industries, paint and coatings industries, research institutes, and university laboratories. They serve to dry various powders, cure surface coatings on products, facilitate detonator manufacturing drying in military enterprises, conduct ageing tests on components, and dry biomedical products.
1. The electrical control system employs a combination of flameproof and intrinsically safe explosion-proof technologies. The operating switches are passive, ensuring no electrical sparks are generated during operation for safe and reliable use.
2. The temperature controller features a 4.3-inch LCD screen with a three-row digital display (showing real-time temperature, set temperature, constant temperature duration, heating status, output status, and other information on a single screen). The controller features PID self-tuning, power-on self-test, parameter memory, over-temperature alarm with automatic power cut-off, ensuring high temperature control accuracy and stable, reliable operation.
3. The explosion-proof vacuum drying oven's outer casing is constructed from cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating. The inner chamber is entirely made of 304 stainless steel, reinforced with structural steel around the perimeter to ensure pressure resistance. The rounded corners of the working chamber facilitate cleaning.
4. The chamber door employs a double-layer construction: an outer layer of reinforced acrylic and an inner layer of thickened tempered glass. The door seal utilises a high-temperature resistant silicone rubber O-ring, offering excellent ageing resistance, corrosion resistance, and sealing performance.
5. The insulation layer is filled with 120-count ultra-fine ceramic fibre wool, providing superior thermal retention.
6. Heating elements are positioned externally around the chamber walls for uniform heating. The control panel is located at the top (benchtop models) or mid-section (upright models), housing a temperature controller, vacuum gauge, pressure relief valve, manual vacuum valve, and intrinsically safe power switch;
7. Pressure lines utilise stainless steel bellows with KF25/KF40 connectors for convenient adaptability and ease of operation. Valves are constructed from copper;
8. Vacuum gauge employs a pointer-type medical-grade vacuum gauge, offering precise readings and sensitive pressure control (intrinsically safe, accuracy class 2.5);
9. Front manual single door with a manually operated cam eccentric locking mechanism, featuring adjustable tension;
10. Grid-style shelves with adjustable height for efficient internal space utilisation;
11. Standard inert gas interface permits filling during operation to prevent hazards;
12. Complies with IIB standard for use in hazardous locations with explosive gas mixtures of temperature classes T4, T5, T6. Explosion-proof rating: IIB T4. Certified by the ********* Electrical Safety Quality Inspection and Testing Centre with ********* Explosion-Proof Certification;
