The low-temperature vacuum drying oven, also known as a water-cooled vacuum oven/drying oven, is a new generation of vacuum equipment developed by our company to meet market demands. This high-end vacuum equipment integrates heating, constant temperature, rapid cooling, timing, vacuum, constant pressure, and constant pressure timing functions. It can also be equipped with nitrogen filling, automatic pressure relief, oil fume filtration, programmed temperature control, and programmed pressure control functions according to customer needs. This equipment is widely used in processes such as thermal aging, high-temperature treatment, coating, and extraction in industries such as electronics, electrical engineering, integrated circuits, chip manufacturing, new material development, and pharmaceuticals. Especially in a vacuum environment, it can prevent material oxidation or thermal decomposition, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive substances (such as enzyme preparations and biological products) and easily oxidized materials;
Adopts a microcomputer integrated intelligent temperature control system with a built-in microcomputer chip, which collects temperature change data in real time and dynamically adjusts PID parameters (such as response speed and overshoot suppression) to ensure that the temperature fluctuation range is less than ±0.5℃ (some high-end models can reach...). (±0.2℃) Compared with traditional PID control, it has advantages such as smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy;
The forced refrigeration cycle system can quickly stabilize the chamber temperature, lower the boiling point of water through a vacuum environment, and achieve rapid evaporation of moisture during the low-temperature drying process, thus achieving rapid dehydration at low temperatures, reducing the loss of active ingredients in materials, and avoiding high energy consumption. Compared with traditional hot air drying, it reduces energy consumption by 20%-40%, and is especially suitable for processing materials with high moisture content;
It automatically adapts to the optimal temperature control curve for different loads (such as sample weight, material differences), reducing overshoot during the heating stage;

The controller has a power-on self-test function, a timer function, and an over-temperature alarm function, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation;
LCD screen display interface with dual rows, providing precise and reliable temperature control; the upper row displays the operating temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature, simultaneously displaying constant temperature time, operating status, fault codes, and other information;
Features a scheduled operation function; the PT100 instrument has Fahrenheit and Celsius switching capabilities;
The timer function is selectable (none, constant temperature timer, running timer), with selectable forward or countdown direction, selectable timer unit (minutes, hours), and a buzzer sounding after the timer expires (the reminder time is settable);
Features manual/automatic screen lock function, with password unlock option.
Features audible and visual alarms (buzzer) for open/short circuits of the temperature sensor, automatically disconnecting the heating output.
