Application Areas Vacuum drying ovens, also known as vacuum drying ovens or vacuum ovens, are a new generation of vacuum drying equipment developed by our company to meet market demands. They are widely used in research and application fields such as electronics, aerospace, military weaponry, automobiles and ships, petrochemicals, agriculture, forestry and environmental protection, commodity inspection and drug inspection, medical and disease control, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biochemistry, medical and health care, and environmental protection. Especially suitable for rapid drying of heat-sensitive, easily decomposed, easily oxidized, and complex-composition substances in scientific research, universities, and enterprises; also suitable for accelerated drying of powders and other substances.

Employs a microcomputer-integrated intelligent temperature control system with a built-in microcomputer chip. It collects temperature change data in real time and dynamically adjusts PID parameters (such as response speed and overshoot suppression) to ensure temperature fluctuations are less than ±0.5℃ (some high-end models can reach ±0.2℃). Compared with traditional PID control, it has advantages such as smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy.

Automatically adapts to the optimal temperature control curve for different loads (such as sample weight and material differences), reducing overshoot during the heating phase.

Multi-scenario adaptability Supports parameter self-tuning in high-temperature (above 250℃), low-temperature (below 4℃), and inert gas environments, meeting the stability requirements of complex processes in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and new materials;

Features constant voltage/current, constant voltage, constant resistance, and constant power functions, achieving excellent response speed and temperature control accuracy;

The controller has self-diagnostic functions upon startup, a timer function, and an over-temperature alarm function, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation;

LCD screen display interface with dual rows, providing precise and reliable temperature control; the upper row displays the operating temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature, simultaneously displaying constant temperature time, operating status, fault codes, and other information;

Features a scheduled operation function; the PT100 instrument has Fahrenheit and Celsius switching capabilities;

The timer function is selectable (none, constant temperature timer, running timer), with selectable forward or countdown direction, selectable timer unit (minutes, hours), and a buzzer sounding after the timer expires (the reminder time is configurable);

Features manual/automatic screen lock function, with password unlock option.

Equipped with audible and visual (buzzer) alarms for open/short circuits of the temperature sensor, automatically disconnecting the heating output from the controller.**

Automatic parameter saving in case of emergencies with power-on recovery function; also features sensor self-testing, over-temperature alarms, and fault alarms.**

High-precision medical-grade pointer vacuum gauge with a chrome-plated stainless steel casing; embedded installation for easy disassembly and measurement.**

Inner liner made of brushed stainless steel with a nominal thickness of 3mm, precision-manufactured by CNC; outer shell made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with phosphate rust prevention and electrostatic powder coating, resistant to acids and alkalis, and anti-static.**

High-quality 120-count ultra-fine ceramic fiber cotton insulation between the outer shell and inner liner effectively improves the overall insulation performance, resulting in excellent energy savings.**

Customized seamless thickened silicone rubber sealant.** The sealing ring features high temperature resistance and aging resistance, a slot-type structure design for easy installation, excellent sealing effect, and simple and convenient replacement;

Two heating methods are available: shelf heating and sleeve heating, meeting the experimental needs of different processes;

Extra-large observation window: the outer layer is made of acrylic sheet with 96% light transmittance, and the inner layer is made of high-strength tempered glass with a thickness of 20mm, making your experimental environment safer;

LED digital display of vacuum level: the minimum vacuum value is readable from 10Pa, and the ultimate vacuum level can reach 50Pa. The vacuum level can be controlled by 5 groups of 5 segments, with a constant pressure time of 0~9999min for each segment (automatic model);
