Box-type resistance furnaces serve as indispensable auxiliary heating equipment for dry sample preparation in analytical laboratories, metallurgical laboratories conducting fusion experiments, and heat treatment departments performing annealing, normalising, sintering, ash analysis, tempering, calcination, fusion, and determinations of moisture, ash content, volatile matter, ash melting point, ash composition, and elemental analysis. 7. Premium imported nickel-containing HRE alloy heating elements (1000/1200°C) and silicon carbide rods (1300°C) deliver rapid heating, oxidation resistance, and a 3-5 times longer service life than standard heating elements, with superior heating uniformity;
8. Unique air insulation layer design with forced circulation via branded fans, significantly reducing surface temperatures for safe and reliable operation;
9. 30-segment programmable controller enabling stepwise heating with adjustable dwell times per step (optional);
