Box-Type Resistance Furnace

Box-type resistance furnaces serve as indispensable auxiliary heating equipment for dry sample preparation in analytical laboratories, metallurgical laboratories conducting fusion experiments, and heat treatment departments performing annealing, normalising, sintering, ash analysis, tempering, calcination, fusion, and determinations of moisture, ash content, volatile matter, ash melting point, ash composition, and elemental analysis. They are also essential for other applications requiring elevated temperatures.

1.  Integrated all-in-one design with compact footprint, featuring a large LCD controller for intuitive operation;

2.  Microprocessor-based intelligent temperature control system with PID logic and automatic parameter tuning for precise, reliable regulation;

3. Automatic parameter retention during emergencies with power-restoration capability, alongside sensor self-diagnosis, leakage protection, over-temperature alerts, and fault alarms;

4. Unique furnace door design where the door tongue partially embeds within the chamber upon closure, preventing high-temperature air leakage. This minimises heat loss for significant energy savings while enhancing temperature uniformity within the furnace;

5.  Outer casing constructed from premium cold-rolled steel plate, CNC precision-engineered with phosphated surface treatment and electrostatic powder coating. Corrosion-resistant, anti-static, with durable, non-fading paint finish;

6.  The furnace chamber employs corrosion-resistant heavy-duty refractory bricks (Al₂O₃) in a monolithic construction. Heating elements are concealed within a circumferential configuration around the chamber, while premium aluminium silicate insulation delivers superior thermal containment;

7.  Premium imported nickel-containing HRE alloy heating elements (1000/1200°C) and silicon carbide rods (1300°C) deliver rapid heating, oxidation resistance, and a 3-5 times longer service life than standard heating elements, with superior heating uniformity;

8.  Unique air insulation layer design with forced circulation via branded fans, significantly reducing surface temperatures for safe and reliable operation;

9.  30-segment programmable controller enabling stepwise heating with adjustable dwell times per step (optional);
